Dealing With Pet Hair
If your pet has a favorite sleeping spot, place a washable blanket or towel there to absorb skin odors and catch the hair.
Hold on to those old rubber gloves. They work wonders for wiping cat and dog hair off of furniture and clothes. Fabric softener sheets also work. Just be very careful to keep the sheets away from the pet, as they may be HARMFUL, if chewed.
Dry cleaners and retail stores sell lint remover rolls. These make good cleaners on car seat, sofas, and your own clothes. You can also use packing tape. Roll some around your hand with the sticky side out and pat away.
You can also spray your upholstery with static guard and then vacuum well.
The easiest tip is to try to brush your dog or cat daily.
Lastly, some owners just get a breed that doesn’t shed. We do love our pets and will do anything to make them happy and beautiful. Good luck!!!
Pet Trivia
The term “Three Dog Night” originates with the Eskimo tribes of Alaska, who measured nocturnal temperatures based on how many of their sled dogs they needed to bring indoors to serve as bed warmers.
